Service Design: Campus Bicycle Management

On the KAIST Campus, Bicycles:

• are a convenient and efficient way to get around an expansive campus

• are often seen abandoned, these are only cleared annually

• while many students use bike racks, others leave them in walkways

• are not required to be registered or regulated on campus 

• are often left secured with only a break lock, permitting easy theft

• very few are equipped with lights
